Our founding ethos
Lorient Holdings is a value-add real estate investment and development firm that focuses on hospitality. We buy assets other investors find complicated, in markets where new supply is hard to build, and we operate them ourselves.
We have particular expertise repositioning hotels, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Based in New York City, we pursue opportunities across the country, with an emphasis on high-density urban areas. Our management team has collectively developed and sold billions of dollars of residential and commercial real estate.

We buy, reposition and operate hotels and short-stay assets in supply-constrained urban markets. Square 42 in Midtown Manhattan is run by our own team, and it sets the standard for what we acquire next.

Our founder leads FIND Real Estate, a 1,500-agent brokerage platform in New York City. It gives us current, proprietary, actionable data and a first look at buildings before they are marketed.

Developer, broker, property manager, general contractor and hotel operator, all in house. Overhead that would normally erode investor returns is absorbed by businesses we already run.
