Adam Mahfouda is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and operator with experience spanning brokerage, real estate investment, hospitality, technology, and mergers and acquisitions.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FIND Real Estate, one of the largest independently owned real estate brokerages in the Northeast, a platform of more than 1,500 real estate professionals across multiple states. That platform gives Lorient a proprietary view of the New York City market and a sourcing channel most investment firms do not have.

Adam actively acquires, develops, owns, and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily, office, mixed-use, and hospitality properties. He is the founder of Square42, a hospitality platform focused on repositioning urban real estate into unique accommodations and experiential destinations, and Moofy's, a collection of luxury group retreats.

His investment philosophy centers on acquiring high-quality real estate and businesses with long-term upside, improving operations, and building enduring brands through disciplined execution, technology, and exceptional customer experiences.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he played varsity lacrosse.
